Casey’s Parenting Collective provides parent coaching, education, and support focused on connection, nervous system awareness, and sensory-informed strategies for families of autistic and neurodivergent children.
The information offered through this website, emails, videos, guides, and coaching programs is intended to help caregivers build connection, reduce stress, and support their child’s regulation.
This is NOT:
medical advice
mental health treatment
occupational therapy services
psychological or developmental evaluation
crisis intervention
IEP or school-based services
a substitute for healthcare or therapy

All support provided through Casey’s Parenting Collective — including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, digital products, workshops, or online programs — is considered coaching and education, not therapy.
Coaching supports parent learning, reflection, and implementation of strategies at home.
It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.
Every child and every family system is unique.
While I offer evidence-informed, trauma-aware, sensory-integrated, and neuroaffirming strategies,
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes in behavior, regulation, or developmental progress.

All personal information shared in calls, forms, emails, or coaching spaces is treated as confidential within the scope of coaching.
However, please note:
Coaching sessions are not legally protected by therapist–client privilege.
Group settings rely on mutual trust between participants.
I cannot control what other participants share outside of sessions.
You are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable and safe for you.

All reasonable steps are taken to keep your information secure, though no online system is ever fully guaranteed.
All payments for digital products, coaching sessions, and programs are non-refundable.
This allows immediate access to program materials, protects the integrity of the program, and ensures continuity for all participants.
For multi-week programs:
If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out directly. While refunds are not guaranteed, individual situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
This policy is crucial for maintaining ethical boundaries and protecting the value of the work.
All individualized support, strategy recommendations, customized plans, worksheets, session recordings, and program materials are reserved exclusively for enrolled program members.
Casey’s Parenting Collective does not provide:
individualized strategies
personalized recommendations
tailored sensory or behavioral guidance
custom interpretation of your child’s needs
access to paid program materials
to anyone who is not an active participant.
This ensures clarity, privacy, and high-quality support for families inside the program.
Parents and caregivers who are not enrolled are welcome to enjoy free resources, newsletters, and social content — but individualized guidance is only provided within the paid program structure.
All materials created by Casey’s Parenting Collective — including PDFs, worksheets, videos, emails, graphics, and program content — are protected intellectual property.
You may use these materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
share in online groups
post publicly
redistribute copies
resell or claim as your own
use them in professional settings or programs
